RELEASE delves deeper into the emotional, stressful and subconscious saboteurs that block you from releasing fat weight.

It is our mission to teach people that healthy living shouldn’t be a punishment. Do you believe healthy living is a punishment? Yes? Then this Release Coaching Sessions are for you!
Session 1:
In Session 1 Anri discusses the following:
- Goal setting and clarity
- Actionable steps for success
- Identifying limiting beliefs around weight, your body and food
- Ways to overcome your limiting beliefs and creating your new empowering beliefs
- Release ritual
- How to stay motivated on your journey
Session 2:
In Session 2 Dr Arien discusses the following:
- Mind Solutions for successful weight release
- Identifying and becoming aware of your dragons (old, unconscious, behaviour patterns and beliefs that drive you, almost involuntary, to eat for emotional reasons)
- Tools to help you face and slay your dragons consciously. Then they’ll lose all power you’ve chosen to give them! It’s not what you do now and then that matters (like eating the wrong food occasionally), but what you choose consciously most of the time
- How to deal with toxic emotions that lead to stress- and binge eating
Session 3:
In Session 3 Anri discusses the following:
- Practical tips on how to stay healthy during challenging times (holidays, travelling, events, etc)
- The yays and nays of healthy living during challenging times
- How to cope with holiday stresses and strains
- Healthy living on a budget during challenging times
