This is a 30 to 60 minute in-person consult with Anri (at 426 Cliffendale Dr, Faerie Glen, Pretoria).

Anri specialises in holistic (mind, body, soul) health, incl. wellness/healthy living in general, fat loss, intuitive eating, intermittent fasting, gut health, stress management, neuroplasticity, fitness etc.

This consult includes a general eating plan as well as tips, tools and techniques that Anri will share to support and guide you on your specific health goal.

Once payment is made, you will receive forms to complete. Please fill out all the forms and send to admin@arianihealth.com

We will then arrange with you for a suitable time and date.
