This is a 30 to 60 minute online consult with Anri (via Zoom).

Anri specialises in holistic (mind, body, soul) health, incl. wellness/healthy living in general, fat loss, intuitive eating, intermittent fasting, gut health, stress management, neuroplasticity and fun fitness.

Anri is a Holistic Health Counsellor and co-creator of Ariani Health Solutions. Her mission: to show you how to make healthy living fun, nourishing, empowering and easy. Healthy living doesn’t have to be a punishment.  Click here to read more about Anri.

This consult includes a general eating plan as well as tips, tools and techniques that Anri will share to support and guide you on your specific health goal.

Once payment is made, you will receive forms to complete. Please fill out all the forms and send to admin@arianihealth.com

We will then arrange with you for a suitable time and date.
