I created this Rainbow FitFood Recipe in May 2025. 

This is recipe 1 of my 4 Way Chicken Recipes. I will share 2 to 4 in the 20 Days to a LIGHTer You online group experience.

I use a mix of red, orange & yellow to bring some fire colours to my plate. I prep these recipes weekly to help me stay on track and to have healthy food in my fridge.

Make the recipe in one large dish to prep for the week. You can adjust serving size based on your needs.
