ABOUT ANRI (AKA ANNA VAN)

Anri van Rooyen (MSc, ASCHP, IIFT), left in image, is a Intuitive Health Coach, Holistic Health Counsellor (ASCHP), Reiki Practitioner & Master, Personal (Fun) Fitness Trainer, creator of Anna Van Heal and Co-Creator of Ariani Health Solutions and The Weight Control Clinic.

Anri completed her Honour’s Degree in Neurophysiology and Master’s Degree in Sports Physiology, at the University of Pretoria (SA). Anri has been in the holistic, integrative and natural health care industry since 2011. She has helped thousands of men and women transform their health on mind, body, emotional and soul level. Her passion is holistic health education with a special interest in intuitive health, long term fun fat loss (incl. fun fitness and fitfood) as well as mental-emotional health.

She also followed her childhood dream of becoming a singer/songwriter by releasing her first single “Hou vas my kind” (by Anna Van), in Dec 2024, on all major digital platforms (incl. Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube). She hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams and take care of their being on all levels to enjoy life fully.

Her mission is to teach women that healthy living doesn’t have to be a punishment! She uses practical, science-based and effective holistic health hacks (incl. tools, tips and techniques) to empower people to take responsibility for their own health and happiness while making healthy living fun, intuitive, practical and easy.

She relocated to the Netherlands from South Africa in October 2024. Anri uses Reiki intuitively and it has become one of the most important healing modalities in her online business to help her clients and patients heal on a deeper level to help release stuck energy on mind, body and soul level while calming the nervous system. Your body (and nervous system) needs to feel SAFE in order to heal and release.

ABOUT CASSANDRA

Cassandra Taylor (MSc Life Sciences), right in the image above, lives in South Africa and teaches yoga, yoga therapy, sound healing and teacher trainings. She is also the creator of YogaSteps. She has been teaching yoga since 2016, is registered as a 500-hour Master Level Teacher with Yoga Alliance International and is a member of the Yoga Teachers Fellowship of South Africa. Some of her other studies include having completed a BSc in Human Physiology, Genetics & Psychology at the University of Pretoria (UP) in South Africa and furthered her studies by completing a BSc (hons) in Life Sciences and an MSc Life Sciences at the University of South Africa (UNISA). She hopes to continue to conduct research on yoga and uncover the many more of its health secrets.

For Cassandra, yoga is both an art and a science which involves the movement of the body, the stilling of the mind and the calming of emotions. She tries to incorporate many aspects of what she’s learnt through her teaching and studies into her yoga classes to make yoga both practical and creative, while staying true to yoga’s deep philosophical roots. The classes she teaches focus on releasing tension from the body and mind, while also calming the nervous system.
